Tomorrow, my wife Jessica and I are going to the hospital so they can try External Cephalic Version. Jessica is 38 weeks pregnant tomorrow and our unnamed baby girl is presenting footling breech. Jessica really wanted a natural childbirth, but the midwives and doctors are extremely reluctant (i.e. have pretty much said "no way") to trying to deliver a footling breech. So, we're trying the Version. The doctors will try to turn her manually so she's head down. It works about 50% of the time - we'll see!
